Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped. Because we sell consumable hemp-derived products, we are unable to resell any items that have left our facility. This is standard practice across the industry to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance

Lost or Stolen Packages
Kanna Beast is not responsible for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received. We recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim. We're happy to assist you in that process if needed.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Please note that UPS and USPS are third-party carriers. Once your package is in their possession, we have no control over shipping times, transit delays, weather disruptions, labor strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery.
No Refunds for Carrier Delays
We do not issue refunds, credits, or replacements due to delivery delays caused by UPS or USPS. This includes, but is not limited to:

Mechanical issues
Incorrect routing by UPS or USPS
Peak-season delays
Any other USPS or UPS-related interruptions outside of our control

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
